Abstract
Meckel’s diverticulum is the most common congenital anomaly of the gastrointestinal tract and may present with gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, or obstruction. We report a 10-year-old boy admitted with abdominal pain and hematochezia. Technetium-99m scintigraphy revealed ectopic gastric mucosa consistent with Meckel’s diverticulum. Surgical resection was performed with an uneventful postoperative course.
