The Algarve Médico Journal is the property of the Algarve Hospital University Center. The purpose of the Journal is to di- vulge knowledge from research to pathology and education applied to medicine, thereby contributing to the dissemination of good clinical practices. This Journal also incorporates reflections on issues emerging from medical practice.
